Paramhansa Yogananda Babaji Ananda Rainbow is a yoga, meditation and healing retreat in the Garwhal Himalaya. It is situated in the remote village of Purmishi in the hills above Devprayag at an altitude of 4,500 feet. The two directors are Stan Giles from Scotland, and Mahavir Singh Rawat who was brought up in the mountain village of Purmishi. Ananda Rainbow offers an authentic experience of Himalayan life, with yoga and meditation classes as well as spiritual pilgrimage and free healing treatments.
